Complaints Channel

ARAUCO has implemented different methods to allow access to all Arauco employees and third parties to make complaints. Regardless of the method used to make a complaint, ARAUCO undertakes the responsibility to respect the confidentiality of the complaints and the anonymity of the claimant if requested.
