ARAUCO HAS ACQUIRED E2E

On March 17, Arauco acquired Etex’s entire stake in E2E S.A., a company dedicated to developing high-standard dry construction solutions, which currently has a presence in Chile and Brazil.

E2E was established in 2018 as a joint venture between Arauco and Etex, with each party originally holding a 50% stake in the company. As a result of the recent transaction, Arauco became the sole owner of E2E.
